Created by Lolita Bryant, a Healthcare Manager, Nurse Consultant, and Certified Wellness Coach, A Gift of Wellness offers restorative experiences that invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided journaling, meditation, breathwork, and reflection, each experience provides space to pause, process, and simply be.

Whether you choose a group experience or a private session, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You’re simply invited to show up, be present, and begin returning to yourself—at your own pace, in a space designed to hold you with care.
